"The engraving turned out beautifully"
I’m really happy with how the engraving came out. It looks beautiful and feels really special, though it’s just a tiny bit lighter than I was expecting. Still, I’m pleased with it.

Not gonna lie, I was just trying to find a decent gift that wouldn’t cost me a ton, and I ended up ordering from Slugger Gifts. The price felt really fair, and when it showed up, it looked nicer than I expected for what I paid.
Shipping took a few days, but nothing unreasonable. My brother ended up really liking it, so I’d say it was a solid buy overall. Good value, and I’d probably order from them again

I ordered from sluggergifts.com the communication was great the whole way through. They let me know when my order was received and then again when it shipped, which is really all you can ask for. It’s just decent customer service to keep people in the loop, and they did that without me having to chase anyone down. Super simple experience, and I’d definitely order from them again.

I got a personalized bat mug for my brother, it turned out really nice. Clean print. Good weight to it. It felt sturdier than I expected when I first picked it up.

I’ve used it a few times when I’m over at his place, and it still looks the same. No fading, no chips. For the price, impressed.

"Delivery showed up late after they promised better"
My order did eventually arrive, but it was a few days late, which was frustrating because they made it sound like it would be on time. The tracking barely updated either, so I was just left guessing what was going on. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying when they don’t follow through on what they promise

"Slow reply, but they did fix it"
I had to wait a couple of days for customer service to get back to me, which was frustrating. I was starting to think about taking my business somewhere else if this was how support usually goes. Once they finally replied, though, they answered my question and got everything sorted out. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just really hope they speed up their response time.

I had a small problem with my order and got a little worried at first, which I think is fair, right? But they got back to me and helped sort everything out without making it feel like a huge hassle. It did take a bit of back and forth, but in the end it was all taken care of. I really appreciated that they followed up afterward too. I’d definitely be comfortable ordering again

"Packaging Was Just Okay"
The item showed up fine overall, but the box was dented when it arrived. This is where it got annoying because it made me wonder if the product inside had been handled roughly. Luckily, everything seemed okay, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.
